This simple recipe for “chicken strips” is much healthier than frying and is a guaranteed dinner favorite for busy parents!
What you need:
Chicken
Milk
Cork Flakes cereal (unsweetened)
How to make:
Preheat oven to 350. Put corn flakes in a large Ziplock bag, secure well and mash the cereal into tiny bits (this is a favorite for kids!). Cut chicken into strips or nuggets. Dip chicken into milk, then roll chicken in the cereal and make a “breading”. Place chicken on cookie sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes (until chicken is cooked through and cereal is crispy). Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
